NOMADIC WAX MINI COLLEGE LECTURE TOUR
Nomadic Wax founder Ben Herson will be heading off this week for a mini college lecture tour speaking on the subject of Global Hip-Hop and will be sharing both video footage and audio from his recording sessions and experiences in Africa.
The tour begins tomorrow – Tuesday Nov 14th at:
BRYANT UNIVERSITY – AFRICAN HIP-HOP FORUM
a lecture and panel discussion with:
3:30-4:30 PM:
Dola (Tanzania), Chosan (Sierra Leone), Oke (Nigeria) and Ben Herson (founder of Nomadic Wax) will present and discuss the phenomenon of Global Hip-Hop and its profund influence as experienced by Africans in both urban and rural areas across the continent.
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
AFRICAN UNDERGROUND:
Dola, Chosan and Oke will also perform material from their respective albums in an musical grand finale!

* From Long Island: Throgs Neck Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway. Follow signs for George Washington Bridge. Exit at Major Deegan Expressway, upstate (87 North). Proceed north to West 179th Street exit. Continue across intersection to Sedgwick Ave. Turn left following Sedgwick Ave. to Hall of Fame Terrace. Turn right to entrance one block on right.
